Adam Hirst is a partner at Loeb & Loeb. Adam routinely counsels and represents investment banks, real estate opportunity funds, private equity firms, REITs, other institutional lenders, developers, owners and operators across the full spectrum of sophisticated real estate transactions in New York City and throughout the United States. He regularly handles lender-side and borrower-side financings, syndicated loan facilities, mezzanine lending, workouts and restructurings (including foreclosures and deeds-in-lieu of foreclosure), acquisitions of distressed assets and debt, joint ventures, acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, property management, and development and construction projects involving retail, office, multi-family and data center properties nationwide.
Adam also represents major domestic and international financial institutions, private equity funds, and other institutional investors in private placement offerings, secondary transactions, warehouse facilities, and various other types of secured lending.
Adam is a member of Loeb & Loeb’s Innovation Task Force.
Prior to joining Loeb & Loeb, Adam was with an international law firm.
