Ari Spitzer focuses on complex litigation, business disputes, and trust and estate litigation matters. Ari has experience guiding businesses and individuals through all stages of litigation, from pre-trial to final resolution. His work includes developing case strategies; drafting pleadings, motions and memoranda; managing discovery; and conducting internal investigations.
