Tahra Wright is a capital markets lawyer who advises companies on complex corporate finance and securities transactions. Her practice includes initial and follow-on public offerings, PIPE transactions, as well as SPAC IPOs and business combinations, where she represents both SPACs and target companies. She also advises on initial listings on Nasdaq and NYSE American and ongoing exchange compliance, in addition to broader securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
