What's Next for SPACS?

SPAC deals have been on fire for 2020 through part of 2022 and have been working through challenges since. With current global economic uncertainties there is more discussion than ever around the future of this market, how it’s evolving and how best to navigate it.

Loeb is proud to sponsor The SPAC Conference 2023, taking place from June 28-29 at the Westchester Country Club in Rye, New York. This conference is where industry thought-leaders gather to discuss near-term strategies for deal-making as well as long-term trends in the market. Presenters will give context to the current state of the market, introduce possible strategies when structuring these deals, and forecast the future of what’s to come and how best to prepare. From De-SPACs to new SPACs to SPAC wind-down strategies, it’s all covered here.

I'll be one of the first speakers on the first day speaking about "What’s Next for SPACs?” I will address the current state of the market, including anticipating what the SEC may do next as well as discussing how I think SPACs will be relevant in the market for the near term and how they can be best utilized. It should be an incredibly insightful couple of days, and Loeb attorneys and our clients will certainly be present in force.

The full agenda can be found here.
